Hypnotism and Guided Imagery
Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind. When under hypnosis you will feel very calm, centered, and relaxed. It is a two way process between hypnotist and client, a professional partnership. A person cannot be hypnotised unless he or she agrees and co-operates - hypnotism can never happen against your will.

"I truly enjoy helping people with their daily problems using hypnosis. People have come to me with problems ranging from quitting smoking, and weight problems, etc., to much more complex issues which keep them from moving forward and fully enjoying their lives.
There is an age-old misconception about hypnosis that says a hypnotist takes "control" of the client. Bah humbug! Contrary to stage and TV shows, nobody can make you do anything which you do not want to do. In reality all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The hypnotist acts as a coach to help you learn to use self-hypnosis.
I have found that clients who come for several treatments often have better success in solving their problems than those who came just for one session. With each session the client becomes more relaxed and skilled with the process."
- Donald Tefft, aka Red Crow
The first stage of your hypnotism consultation will generally involve an informal chat and some questions so that Donald may ascertain the nature of the issue and the necessary route to helping you overcoming or dealing with it. He will guide you into a calm state of mind where your body and mind are relaxed and nearly asleep, but you will remain awake enough to be aware. This may mean that you will be picturing, as in a daydream, the things which are being spoken of and that you may experience the associated pleasant feelings.
REMEMBER: if at any time you feel uncomfortable and want to
terminate a session, you will be perfectly capable of doing so.
Past Life Regression
For those who may be interested in exploring past lives, Donald is also able to use hypnosis to lead his patients back in timebefore their early memories, and into to their previous lives. In this way, clients are able to examine the experiences that seemed to have formed the roots of their current fears and phobias. Often, if you can connect your current fears to a past life, those fears will often disappear.
